4 morning habits you should start

Hey! In today's post, I am going to tell you about 5 things you should try to include in your everyday morning routine. Enjoy!
Expressing gratitude
Being grateful is one of the highest vibrational emotions you can ever experience. Every morning I try to write down at least five things I am grateful for on my phone or in a notebook. You don't need to write about big things every day even the simplest things like, I am grateful for the sunny day yesterday. Expressing gratitude enhances your ability to live in the present and really enjoy the little parts of your life that might often be overlooked.

Movement
Getting your body moving after it has been still for hours is really important. You do not have to do a big exercise or run if you don't want to but just a few simple stretches or yoga poses will get your blood flowing and your body ready for the day.
Reading
Of course, you should try to read throughout the day as well but reading a book in the morning is really beneficial. Reading in the morning stimulates your brain and gets it ready for the day. It makes you focus and pay attention to your book which assists you in staying focused throughout your day. Conversely, going on social media first thing can trigger different lingering thoughts that may affect your day in general.

Drinking a lot of water
We all know that water is so important for our bodies but it's extremely important when your body has obviously not eaten or drunk anything for several hours. Every morning I try to drink over half my drink bottle to keep me hydrated and fresh.
